Basement Windows

Energy efficiency is an important consideration when it comes to selecting new basement windows for your home. Old or poorly insulated windows can cause significant energy loss, leading to increased energy bills and reduced comfort levels. However, with new energy-efficient basement windows, you can reduce your energy costs and improve your home's insulation.

These windows are designed with advanced insulation technology, including low-E coatings and insulated frames, which help to keep your home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. By investing in energy-efficient basement windows, you can not only save money on your energy bills but also help to reduce your carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Light & Air

Basements have increasingly become a source of additional living or rental spaces in homes throughout the Portland Metro area. While these subterranean spaces can be renovated to be beautiful and accomadating, it can still be a challenge for natural light to shine here.

Most homes we encounter are equipped with outdated windows that allow little to no light to enter. Adding new windows does so much to brighten up these spaces.

In addition, modern windows allow for greater ventialtion and airflow. This improves overall saftey of the area and provides opportuity to freshen up a space that might otherwise be prone to stagnant air.

In addition to Egress Windows, we can install new basement windows where one does not currently exist. This would be similar to an egress install, however we would not need to be concerened with adhering to the stricter city code requirements of an egress.

We can also retrofit, or replace, an existing window with one of the same or very similar size.

If you’re wanting to enlarge an existing window and replace it, we’re also able to enlarge the area of the window opening and add a larger size.
